Working with Coach Brown throughout football season (and now into basketball season) helped me beyond words with my mental performance in sports. Be it going through breathing exercises, learning to meditate, or working through my emotions before a game or extra point, Coach Brown has been a major impact in my sports performance throughout the beginning of this year. Having someone teach me how to regulate my anxiety before games is no doubt positively affecting my abilities, and I hope to continue using Coach Brown as a resource throughout the year.

My first match of this season was against a wrestler I lost to last year. Going into this match I was very nervous and doubtful in my ability to win due to my previous performance. Coach Brown gave me mental techniques that helped increase my confidence and calmness heading into this match. I not only won the match, but the entire tournament. Taylor was a very important part of our preparation for the championship portion of the season. He equipped our team with tools for breathing and positive self talk that athletes found useful both during racing and in their daily lives. Taylor's work with our varsity squad was particularly important during the final few sessions as he counseled the girls on how to handle pressure. Everyone benefited from his work and my top athletes found his advice and tools particularly impactful. Many of them mentioned the impacts it had on their mental state and even performance following their races.
